SCENE 1

Adrian and Eddie enter through the front door.

ADRIAN
Extra bedroom’s down the hall to the right.

EDDIE
I don’t care about the room. I want to see him.

Footsteps walking down the hall. A computer whirs to life as Adrian taps on the screen.

EDDIE
What’s with the mustache? He looks like a child molester.

ADRIAN
It’s a little pervy, I agree.

EDDIE
I’m gonna enjoy cutting that thing off with a hunting knife.

ADRIAN
Wow, that’s a disturbing mental image.

EDDIE
But satisfying, right?

ADRIAN
Oddly satisfying, yes.

EDDIE
Wayne Reynolds? Who the hell is Wayne Reynolds?

ADRIAN
New look, new name.

EDDIE
Wayne Reynolds. Sounds like a fucking cowboy on the range.

ADRIAN
I will say, he chooses good names. Lance Burkett, Wayne Reynolds.

EDDIE
You think Lance is even his real name?

ADRIAN
Who knows. (beats) It’s careless though.
EDDIE
